Overview
The Model 712 Single Beam Photometer is used in conjunction with a model AF10, model AF11, model AF12, Model DP11 or a Model BT65 Single Beam Absorbance sensor. The Photometer measures the spectral absorbance of process liquid in the Visible and NIR regions of the electromagnetic spectrum.
Through sensor configuration, the instrument operates as either a solids concentration monitor or as a simple colorimeter.
The 712 measures optical absorbance up to 5 OD (Optical Density) units. Sensor configuration and pathlength determine actual full scale range.
